ImpactUs of Texas is committed to helping individuals and families throughout El Paso County overcome housing instability and move toward safer, stronger, and more independent futures.
With a vision for responsible expansion throughout Texas as funding, partnerships, and organizational capacity grow.
ImpactUs of Texas is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing safe housing, rental assistance, case management, and supportive resources to individuals and families facing housing instability and financial hardship throughout El Paso County, Texas.
We believe housing stability is more than having a roof overhead. Safe and stable housing creates a foundation from which individuals and families can pursue greater financial security, stronger family stability, and greater independence.
Our approach is designed to address immediate needs while helping participants connect with resources and support that can contribute to long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
“To provide healthy, safe, sanitary, and affordable housing services and rental assistance to disadvantaged children, low-income families, the elderly, veterans, and individuals with disabilities, enabling each individual and family to select housing suited to their specific needs.”
“A community where every family, senior, veteran, and individual facing hardship has access to safe, stable housing and the resources needed to thrive.”
Housing instability can affect nearly every part of a person’s life—from employment and education to family stability and financial security.
ImpactUs of Texas was created to help address these interconnected challenges through compassionate housing assistance, case management, resource navigation, and community collaboration.
We believe meaningful change happens when immediate needs are addressed alongside the barriers that can prevent long-term stability.
Helping individuals and families address immediate housing needs.
Connecting participants with case management, referrals, and community resources.
Helping people move toward greater independence and long-term stability.
ImpactUs of Texas is being developed around a coordinated support model that recognizes housing as the starting point—not the finish line.
During its startup phase, the organization intends to collaborate with landlords, apartment owners, hotels, shelters, transitional housing providers, churches, nonprofit organizations, and other community resources to help connect qualifying individuals and families with appropriate housing options and supportive services.
As funding and organizational capacity grow, ImpactUs of Texas envisions expanding its ability to lease, acquire, or operate housing while developing additional programs that support long-term independence.
