ImpactUs of Texas intends to help qualifying individuals and families connect with temporary housing resources through landlords, hotels, shelters, transitional housing providers, and community resources as organizational capacity develops.

Eligibility for ImpactUs of Texas programs will generally be determined according to documented financial need, program criteria, available funding, and organizational capacity.
ImpactUs anticipates generally serving households at or below 80% of Area Median Income. Priority may be given to individuals and families experiencing:
- Homelessness
- Housing instability
- Domestic violence
- Financial hardship
- Risk of eviction
- Veteran-related housing challenges
- Disability
- Other significant economic barriers
