- Limited rental assistance in qualifying hardship situations
Who May Qualify
Eligibility will generally be based on documented financial need. ImpactUs of Texas anticipates prioritizing households at or below 80% of Area Median Income, with particular consideration for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, financial hardship, housing instability, veteran status, disability, or other significant economic challenges.

- Proof of residency
- Lease documentation
- Eviction notice when applicable
- Utility bills
- Other documentation necessary to establish eligibility
